The process
Six steps from enquiry to keys
No hidden stages. Every step below happens in this order, and each one is confirmed in writing.
What to submit
Three documents to apply
That is the whole pack. Send it once and we review it within two working days — we will tell you if anything else is needed for your specific situation, such as Council of Ministers permission for non-EU buyers.
Copy of passport or ID
A clear copy for every named buyer. Used to prepare the contract of sale and, for non-EU buyers, the Council of Ministers permission where it is required.
Your lawyer's details
Name, firm and contact. Every Arvora buyer appoints an independent Cyprus lawyer — we never act for both sides, but we can introduce firms we have worked with.
Proof of funds
A recent bank statement or a letter from your bank confirming funds for the purchase. This is reviewed only by your named contact at Arvora.

We reply in English, Greek, Russian, Ukrainian or Hebrew. For document questions, email info@arvora.cy or call +357 25 482 610. All payments go to the project account named in your contract — we never change bank details by email alone, so always confirm by phone with your named contact.
